Brasserie Max's Saketini – Cocktail Guide

For something a little unexpected, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It’s light, aromatic and sippable, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Japanese-Inspired Martini

Yields one serving

30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety

15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine

15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake

Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.

A sophisticated cocktail with Japanese flair
